Even though I stated couple of times during the phone call that I don't want the contract and just listening to the information I still received an electricity contract by regular post services today. I did not receive it by e-mail probably because person on the call was not able to write my e-mail address correctly during the phone call. Lets make it clear - either you have stolen my identity during the phone call and used that information to make an illegal contract between you and me OR you have faked the agreement document itself between you and me (because I did not agree with it). In both cases this is a criminal offese that could lead to financial losses. And if this will happen I will contact Finnish Consumer Ombudsman.

I'm a person who always pays his bills on time. However, since Kotimaan Energia changed its billing systems I have received two notices from collection agencies. The first time, I have to admit, the customer service helped me out (though it took a lot of back and forth and a considerable amount of time). Now that I got another letter out of the blue, I have realized that it's too much of a risk to contine with them. It's possible that it's my fault on some level, but I have NEVER had this with any other company in my twenty years in Finland. I'm finding a new company first thing tomorrow.
