This was one of the first bad experience of booking made through AirBnB we suffered from. We are on the road to our home and we decided to stay in Kuusamo for a night. Did the search with instant booking possibility, after some research made the booking with this place. After the booking confirmation, sent several message and ask for instructions and key fetchup, but no response. Also sending a sms didn't got any response. After reaching the place nearby, called to the number and the person over the phone mentioned that the place is closed and couldn't take us. No sorry no regrets! It was already night, all other places in surrounding places were closed. The situation with small child make it even more worse. Not that the place doesn't have place to stay, we could've easily found alternative place to stay if it was known in advance.

Luonnonrauhaa rakastavalle ihana paikka.
Aivan ihana paikka keskellä luonnonrauhaa. Paljon asuinhuoneistoja sekä lisäksi hienot ja laajat yhteistilat. Käyn tuolla joka vuosi, usein monta kertaakin vuodessa.
Todella mukava paikka nyt kolme Hiihtolomaa putkeen ollaan Rukalla käyty ja aina täällä majoituttu. Suosittelen vahvasti.
Luonnon rauhaa ja kotasauna sekä iso grillikota.
Paras majoitus täällä päin. Ja rukakin vieressä.
