Great products but lacks the friendliness, they're more on the business side of customer service and not like skate shop-ish. That's why I don't like to shop there because I don't feel welcome, they do say hey but just like a nod not like a happy \hey\. They're probably nice people in real life but they take the job as like a grocery shop and not like a skate shop. I don't like to compare them to others but the one shop that I won't name that's on the same street as Lamina asked me if I needed any help, in Lamina they just nodded and kept quiet. And in the store when I enter I feel judged because when older and probably talented skateboarders come in they're more friendly, I feel like poser walking in there and that's why I don't like to shop there often. But props for selling Emerica. PS: Be more nice

The clothes selection is good and the hours are exceptional. Customer service is ok, but i feel sad for the clerk for having to tend to their friends as they treat the place as their hangout
