Due to a small crash a tail light was replaced and rear bumper was painted in Auto-suni service. After installation of new tail light its position significantly differed from the position of the original tail light. And the shadow of the white color in the rear bumper was different compared with the original car color. We asked to adjust the position of the light and repaint the bumper, and after showing them how they work looks like they agreed to fix it and change the position of the tail light (it took a week after addressing the question before the light was corrected). However, they did not agree to repaint the bumper, even though the difference in the color shade was obvious. They said that they are not able to find precisely the right color. Which is very strange as it seems to be a standard task for a car repair workshop. Concluding, I would share the points from 0 to 10 for different aspects of Auto-suni service as follows: - Reception and info-desk - 7 (quite polite and informative) - Time period it takes to solve any problem (fix certain car elements) - 2 - Quality of the work - 2 - Price - 3

So far always received excellent service.
The price is high, but usually they do the thing.
So far rather good experience. Not maybe the cheapest place but not either the most expensive one.
