Good atmosphere nice place to visit. Highly recommend to visitors and non Finns to visit once SaiPa has a match, it is so interesting and nice active atmosphere :) According to Wikipedia The Kisapuisto ice rink is an ice rink in the Kisapuisto sports center in Parkkarila, Lappeenranta . The hall was completed on 30 September 1972, when the artificial ice was covered. The artifact on the spot was opened on October 23, 1963, and it was the fifth in Finland.
