The service was amazing! The staff were so nice and the food was really good. Pricey yes, but so is everything around the hotel area.
Worst salad ever (the oumph salad). It's nice that they have vegan options, but a little more effort should be put to them, when the prices aren' t exactly low either. We were given a table next to the buziest spot on the restaurant, not very nice with a baby. Service was friendly, though.
The customer service doesn't deserve even 1 star. After asking the kitchen to check my meat sandwich (which had 1 piece of meat), I was told to contact Göteborg, if I am not happy, "the chef only cooks exactly according to instructions of management". Isn't that the worst reply to a customer? Food tasted average.
It's absolutely usual place. If you wanna find something special, this restaurant not for you. A lot of people in evening time, for order food need to wait. Prices, for this place, poquito expensive, maybe because of four stars. They provide some kind of vine choice, but not possible to find a dishes which you can eat with some vine. Maybe, for evening, better to visit other restaurant.
Way overpriced for the quality. Ordered a bacon blue cheese burger, the patty was a overcooked and didn't taste good. The staff was otherwise good but didn't bring my wifes drink she ordered.

poor burgers, poor service i ate jalopeno beacon burger and the beef was way over cooked. burger was simple and based on canned jalopenos, overcooked and dry steak, salad, and average mayonase and cooked onions. taste was nothing to praise. price was really high compared to quality. told the waitress that was not happy and he disappeared and never showed again.it took ages to even bring water for us and no refills. we had to go to the desk to get reciept and pay. way over priced even when compared that it is a resolt hotel restaurant. i suggest you find another place or order food to the hotel. i'm not gonna visit again. though my friends ate veggie burgers and their opinions were average or happy. in general: overpriced food compared to quality, really bad service, they didn't feel sorry when feedback was given - seems like they care only about your money, not the experience
