Fantastic service. Went to buy pedals for my bike. Got them also assembled, and while doing it this lovely guy basically checked the whole bike through and did many adjustments. Strong recommendation!
Went here to get an electric bike for my wife. Pretty good selection of models. We have preselected four models, tried them and got one as well as some additional equipment (saddle bags etc). Good service, friendly staff, I liked the experience.
I went to the shop with my 5yo daughter to get her a new bike. We had checked that they have specific model in the shop that we were looking for. We tested it and she was thrilled to get a new bike. But then the problem started. We got a hold of a sales person. Asking if he was free to serve us he first looked around before saying yes. He checked that they had that bike also in their warehouse (which is not in Helsinki) so he could not sell the bike that they had in the store. I would understand if it was a flagship model of a top selling brand but with a normal kids bike. What a joke. Sales person also let me know that I would be put last in the assembly line meaning it would take about a week to get the bike. I told him that was a bit rude way to put it but he said it was totally appropriate. Almost ruined my daigters special day of getting her first brand New bike but luckily we found another store that still was willing to serve customers like they are worth something and sell bikes. I would rather order my bikes from Germany or use other bikestores than use Larunpyörä ever again.
