Great place! We had planned activity vacation with family. The people in charge of the activities were professional and full of energy. 5 stars for them!

Beautiful locations, plenty of room for family, and pets are allowed.
- cold and confusing welcoming - room doesn't include minibar, bathrobe (for the spa!), hair dryer :( - wifi free but insanely slow! - double bed had 2 different-height mattresses. Not so comfy for a couple! - restaurant food quite tasteless - not much to do in the evening - quite disorganized reception - The price is definitely TOO high for what you get! Within 100km from there you can find way better spas and services (with awesome settings!) for the same price! Nice walking paths and landscapes around the hotel Really nice for nordic skiers the Ice Cave with ice sculptures was really beautiful Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in hotels. Big choice, fresh food and really tasty... a part from the orange juice: stay away from that... /- no hair dryer in the room but a whole ironing set... is that useful?
Restaurant deserves four stars I visited only for a lunch. The food was delicious and the restaurant spacious and comfortable.
Nice and clean rooms. Spa and swimming area is quite nice. It has also area for small kids. There is a nice water slide for adults and older kids. Only negative part is bit over priced.
The place was very nice and beautiful ,we spent an interesting time and got useful things and informations ,but bad thing happened to us which is bad behaver from some visitors who have said bad words and shouted at us and our children this cause to us deep depprssion especialy when we informed the hotel about that but no body care.
Very bad Internet connection, breakfast is nice and rooms are very good...
