No wheelchair-accessible entrance
Every time I walk in, I cheerfully greet the staff and either receive no answer, or a low grumbly \mrrhmm\. As soon as the guy, who has never budged from behind the counter, realizes I'm coming for some replacement sticks or strings, they stop any pretence of even noticing I'm in the store, they just scan the stuff and take my money. Obviously I get the product I want, but every time I leave the store I also leave in a worse mood.
