So clean and convenient and customer friendly hotel with everything I need (apart from swimming pool). Sauna (with scents) was nice and included to the price. The breakfast was very good and equipment in the room great.

A brand new aparthotel built in 2020 just in the center of Joensuu. Basic but well equipped rooms with a comfortable bed, kitchen and even a washing machine for clothes. This was just perfect, I didn’t miss the older ”real” hotels in Joensuu at all! There’s also a free coffee machine in the lobby and a common area and a possibility to reserve a sauna in the 5th floor (didn’t go however). Breakfast can be ordered to rooms for 8, it was simple but good, many products made by local producers. If you reserve the hotel via their own website, parking is also free outside the hotel. For a simple hotel sleep with a great price and location, will choose Lietsu again!
Great central location near everything in Joensuu. Very nice and helpful personnel, they seem really happy to welcome you. They even helped us to carry our stuff to the room, which just does not happen in Finland ever. Some nice details: during Covid-19 they will only provide pre-ordered breakfast to the rooms in the evening. For 8 euros you'll get bread, Carelian pastries, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, veggies and berries. Very nice selection. You can get little bags of oats for porridge as well as some fruits for free. There are also boxes of Legos (washed and cleaned) to borrow for children. Interior of the room was cosy, there were pictures with frames around. A little kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay; dishes, cutlery, tea and coffee. You can wash clothes and there is a dishwasher too. Coffee maker and water boiler in the room. There are two play parks nearby, many restaurants and the market square around the corner. There are parking places (8/day) at the hotel and nearby. A grocery store and liquor store across the street. Three stars for the room interior (nice but not fancy) but five stars for great service and customer orientation and location! Definitely would visit again.

A brand new Karelian style aparthotel in the heart of Joensuu. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are equipped with all you will need. Parking was included in our accommondation and the sauna has the best view in town. I highly recommend this place! :)
An excellent stay, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, a parking place included, a very good breakfast. Nice clean rooms, we appreciated the small kitchenette.
