Interesting and informative Liminka bay visitor center that concentrates on birds. Very nicely done, lots of things to try and explore. The children that I had with me got to touch, listen and see as much as they wanted. One of the things they found curious were the arrival and departure monitors of the migrating birds.

Very informative exhibition of different varieties of birds that fly through the area during the four seasons. We looked through the gallery of pictures of different species of birds and then took a walk out to the bird watching tower. Didn’t really see much from the tower on the day we were there but I guess it’s one of those things that you’d need to be patient to sit and watch for hours perhaps. No admission cost to this place. Very helpful, friendly and informative staff.

Mini museum is beautiful, very informative and well done. From the glass tower one can observe birds even in bad weather.
Bird watching tower (nice building, free entrance), 8 caravan parking lots (with electricity, but additional costs), toilets and multiple campfire sites. No focus on being a caravan service, hence not a lot of space, but worth a visit if you like bird watching or want a beautiful view over the sea.
