Bought a bran new Omega Moonwatch. After one week of using had to bring it back for maintenance and repair!! Lindroos said its a quick fix. For me in a LUXUS standard way a ”quick fix” is one week to maximum two including customer oriented service. No one never called us - after the 3rd week we contacted twice, Lindroos said its normal to last 4 weeks. After the 4th week had to visite Lindroos since no one answers the phone. Finally got the information that the watch was sent back. Another 2 weeks passing and HAD to contact myself AGAIN since no one called us back. It turned out that the watch was sent to a wrong place. We love the watch, but are not confident with the Omega quality any more. Also the most ridiculous aspect is that this INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and experience could have been avoid if Lindroos would pay attention and interest to the customer service path and developed it. According to this failed farce, I warmly recommend doing business in another place where things go more thoughtfully.

Very good service, knowledgeable staff. Bought both Omega and TAG Heuer from Lindroos, and can ensure they know these brands very well, in terms of models, service etc. You can truly feel that they been long in this business and like what they do! They were also very helpful in finding additional straps for another watch I had since before. Only small area of critique is that they don't actually add people to their Rolex waiting list which is surprising - but guess they want to be honest it's a long wait?? The actual waiting times are long, some stores in Germany (also official dealers) can offer shorter waiting times on models like Submariner and are happy to add me to their list. But despite this it is a good store.

Great service, nice selection of Rolex-watches. Best Jewellery store in Helsinki. Sometimes a bit “crowded”, might need to wait a little bit to get served.

The usual rolex datejust dealer, as only datejusts are in stock. They have a waiting list, but never contacted even after the promised years. Same steel models are available at local black market dealers at 2x price - coincidence, I am sure. Well, at least they have some other brands, but other stores around have them too.
