I have visited this store few times and I have always got perfect service. Store is clean and in order. Big extra what I like is that they don’t allow teenagers in just to hang. You can shop in peace and calm environment. There is one asian woman working and she is the best.

(5 star for LV clothes, 0 stars for the staff) Came to Helsinki for Christmas! Decided to invite my mom over to an LV store! When we came near the store, we had to find out how to open the door, the staff member with beard (who was there for this purposes), was literally enjoying, watching us failing opening the door. After some time, he finally, kindly decided to open the door for us. When we came inside, we were just kinda \yelled\, by the same staff with beard, that we dont have the mask (he could calmly say that when opening the door, or something like that). First of all, shops now OFFER the masks to the people, which mistakenly forgot to bring their mask, instead of kicking them out. Second of all, its so unprofessional, to complain about that to the people, in the way that literally every costomer had to watch me getting emberresed because of that gentelmen with beard yelling at me! Christmas mood is ruined, my mom got really sad over this...definetely not coming back there!

We came to pick an LV wallet as Christmas present. When we were near the shop, we tried to open the door, though it was closed during opening hours. There was some guard standing right behind the glass door, but he chose not to pay attention to us trying to get inside. After one-minute wandering around the store, he finally opened the door. Next thing happened was him explaning, that place is not empty enough to let us in. He did it so fast, that it seemed more like he accidentally spit on us. We were ordered to wait outside, on cold and windy street. After 5 minutes of waiting and ignore, we thought maybe not to buy an LV wallet. That staff member was wearing beard and was the only not wearing a nasal mask inside, though that was the reason for us to wait outside. Even Lidl has better customer service.

The personal is very rude, nobody care about having a good service. The worst Louis Vuitton boutique in Europe ever. There is a big difference between Germany and Finland, will never visit LV in Finland.
