Excellent customer service. When there has been a payment due, Lowell informs about it by calling and sending reminders, well in beforehand the payments do go further. There is enough time to agree about a payment deal and even if the payment, for any reason, e.g. address issues, delays and ends up towards the district court, they still will inform you and let you take care of the payment. If you then do that, send the scans or mobile phone pictures of the receipts of paid invoices, they will pull back the court request. I do not think there is much more a debt collection agency can do for an individual to see they get all the possible chances to solve any outstanding payments and issues. I have been very satisfied to the way this company offers methods for contacting and of taking care of payment requests.

Anyone who chooses to work for such an organisation really needs to examine their life.
Extremely poor customer service - unpleasant at times, very rude on others.
They are not keeping their part of an agreement (e.g. not providing services in time or/and appropriately). Losing customers because of them. Highly recommended to avoid at all cost (SIC!)

Yritys lähettää laskun 3 vuotta myöhemmin johon asian väitetään kuuluvan. Väittävät myös laskussa saaneen toimeksiannon toiselta yritykseltä jolta asiaa tiedusteltuani näin ei ole ja varsinainen laskun summa on 0,00e, mutta yrittävät periä tekaistuja perimiskuluja joita ei alunperin ole ollut eli selkeää kusettamista.
