The place is great to hang out. Sauna and then a dip in the frozen lake to start, and then dinner. The food was amazing. The reindeer soup was very good. The salmon was cooked in the fireplace and the taste was to die for. The two gentlemen running the place are super friendly and make the place very welcoming. It is worth a visit.
So cool! We had dinner here by the recommendation of our hotel manager. The food was simple and delicious, and we even had good company around the fire! As a bonus, we went for a walk through the snow and out onto the lake. It was a beautiful night.
We sadly didn't stay in an igloo but we had booked an ice fishing experience. It was so much fun! We first walked with snow shoes on the lake and were then making the holes for ice fishing. Our guide was so cool to hang out with. He even brought hot chocolate which was perfect to warm up as it started to get really windy with a lot of snow. Afterwards he showed us his igloos and went inside. There were so beautiful in the inside and we didn't find it cold at all. We really wished we would have had another night so we could have stayed an overnight in the igloo. But its definitely a reason to come back very soon!! Thank you for this great experience :)
Wonderful experience in the Lucky Ranch ! We prepared the horses before the ride in the stable, it's good to share this moment. The ride was unique, by night on the snow and with the full moon rise. Thank you for your time, your explanation and for the moment ! We recommand Lucky Ranch !!!!

What a magical spot in the lappish countryside, where you can enjoy every season. Shout out to our hosts, Antti and Anu, who are extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend to try snow-surfing, riding horses, getting some warmth at the sauna by the lake or at their place and do sleep in the igloo! So many things to do in this little piece of heaven.
