We have also tasted the Parma ham, Hammon Serrano and the Schwarzwald ham, so we decided to make a Finnish one. From the beginning we have been bold and we decided to think old patterns with a new way. We combined traditional ways to dry cure meat with modern technology to make delicious dry cured meat products. We have succeeded with the help of Finnish Meat Research Institute who created our own drying process without any plagiarism. With this process we can ensure the high quality of our products. Our motto is that good enough is gained only by doing the best. We are developing our products continuously. We will launch different spice mixes to our snack product Usko. We will also launch wholly dry cured hams as well as sliced ones to consumer packages. In our acts will we invest to consumer friendliness with as clear and informative packages as we can. From the courage and the innovativeness born and forming P.O.R.K – meat products are what they are promised to be! Quite characteristic!
