These guys were extremely helpful. My computer needed a new cable and it was urgent that my computer work right away. The guy working there was extremely understanding and put my computer as priority. The cost was also reasonable. I would say the service was the best part thank you!

Tried to call to get information on a missing part, they didn't even understand what part I was talking about that needed replacing and didn't help me narrow down to what it might be. The guy on the phone just stated \I have no idea\ and was blunt, rude and just unhelpful. I knew the part, told them what I needed and they just acted like they never even heard about it. How can someone who doesn't know what parts iPad has even work there? I called another place and got an instant, professional answer and they solved my problem instantly, and I got the part I needed ordered immediately. I wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional, unhelpful, rude.

Took them 8 days to realize that they had misdiagnosed the computers problem, which turned out to be hardware related. Ironically, I told them it was hardware related when I brought it in. But after the diagnosis, they said no, no it is a software problem that costs 390 to fix. Then 6 days later they call again and said whoooops turns out is is a hardware problem. And that it would take an additional x amount of days to repair, and of course much more expensive. This whole experience would probably have gone a lot smoother if they actually appreciate or listen to what the customer is saying.
