Very bad service, instead of providing medical help and diagnosis they are pushing their overpriced merchandises. Came there, paid for 30 min visit, were kicked out after 10 min without talking and were provided some reading material and pushed on their bad quality overpriced royal canin dry food. Extremely bad service

I am very disappointed for the service received in this veterinary clinic, where I have been few times. Twice I had to come back the day after the visit because they gave me the wrong prescriptions. Last time, when I had already arrived home, they called me back to say that they have realized that my dog should have had an x-ray test.Actually I had said while I was still there that I had not given any food to the dog so that they could do anesthesia and x-ray test but they had said that everything was fine and there was no need to do anything more. Only after I left they had understood that the dog had another issue and so there was anyway need to do an x-ray test. First of all I am angry because I will need to go back (of course to another veterinary!) but, even more importantly, how I can trust a veterinary that, evidently, has not even had a look on the medical record of the dog before beginning the visit?!? And actually now I remember that often I had the impression that the visit was rather superficial in particular if I compare it to the one of another veterinary clinic here in Helsinki.

Erittäin kiva käynti. Kaikki moikkas koiraa ja olivat auttavaisia, rauhoitti koiraan kun sai niin paljon rapsutuksia. Sai odottaa omassa huoneessa ilman muita koiria ympärillään. Silmälääkäri oli erittäin asiantunteva ja myös hellä koiran kanssa. Selitti asiat selvästi ja vastas kaikkiin kysymyksiin. Lähettiin hyvin mielin lääkkeiden kanssa!

Kävimme koiran kanssa pyörähtämässä ja laskutuksessa epäselvyyttä. Reklamaatiosähköposteihin ei vastata. Lemmikkejä ollut perheessä yli 40 vuotta. Evidensiassa emme tule eläimiemme kanssa enää ikinään asioimaan.

Käytiin koirani kanssa Sari Jalomäellä joka on erikoistunut silmäsairauksiin, ja aivan järjettömän asiantunteva, mukava ja loistava lääkäri! Parempaa en olisi voinut toivoa. ️

Hyvä palvelu kaikin puolin. Eräs eläintenhoitaja on hieman sosiaalisesti estynyt ja yksi eläinlääketieteen kandi ehkä vähän epäkohtelias, kun ilmoitti suureen ääneen kauhistellen kissan hammaskivestä. Muutoin olen pitänyt lafkasta.
