By walking you have to cross the road and there's no crosswalk and it's little hidden between the docks, so not the easiest place to find.

The member there was friendly when I was in different cities if I seed Hi, nobody answer but her in Vantaa the mamber started seeing Hi and try to help in carry out the package!

Very bad customer service. Today we ran there with my four year old daughter after I received an email, that I have to pick up my delivery from matkahuolto and we made it 2 minutes after the closing. I tried to call there while running to the place but noone answered the phone while the place was still opened. Brown hair customer service woman was still there doing something a just made some gesture with crossed hands that the plqce is closed. Very unpolite service and very rude from the employee. I cant wait to make proper complaint and go there again on monday.
