Are you serious guys? charging me 3 euros for a single black and white copy with lowest quality possible (i ask for that since where just trip tickets). If you want copies, go to the library, or fotoyks, just 50m from there, which is 5 times cheaper.

Online store good, customer service fails as soon as you go in person. Over 15 minute wait for anyone to appear at shop. Customer orders open on computers with no staff presence.

MEB is fast, reliable, conveniently located and flexible. Perfect for a scatterbrained business client like myself. They have been more than accomodating for last minute orders. For personal use (ie less copies / prints) - yes, MEB is more expensive, but the absolutely superb customer service more than compensates for this. This evening, I was running late, but Martin (the guy working there) waited for me to arrive after closing time, totally saving tomorrow morning :) I'd give MEB 6 stars today if I could ️️️

I've had signs engraved at MEB a couple of times. Not blazingly fast nor are the prices super low, but there's an aura of easy-goness around the place that makes me come back. And the shop is open late enough for my busy schedule.
