I would've gave them less! Extremely unprofessional and incompetent! 1st the doctors never call you on time it is actually taking them months just to give you the diagnosis! 2nd the nurses are highly disrespectful with rolling eyes, one word answer, not even looking at you while talking , seriously dont know the health officials regulations, english skills 0%, and they are unwilling to help! That's my opinion! Ameer

I got an appointment almost immediately. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. The doctor as well was kind and friendly, and took his time to sort everything out, including making sure I had all the necessary paperwork for my travel insurance and employer. I would recommend.

No matter to which branch clinic I visit, there is ALWAYS at least a 20 min delay, although the appointment is made months ahead. The doctors first disrespect the patient's time and then disappoint by the very low knowledge and that's been confirmed multiple times.

The excuse was that I “didn’t sign in” when I did! In the reception, the instructions they gave me were to go to certain floor and wait to be called...
