Pretty cool museum with great depth and a lot of interesting and unique subject matter. Was very cool to see exhibits which explored the mind of an architect coupled with sketches, notes and pictures. Came here in 2019 and found it very informative and cool!

Not so big as i imagined. But beautiful. The subject is changing always so i am not sure what exhibition you will see. I could see the history of the finland architecture.

Make sure to check the dates of exhibitions. Was there in between exhibitions - the last one ended but the new one isn't ready yet - although it was nice to get free admissions because of that, what we could see seemed limited. But still a good museum to understand Finnish history and its built environment

The collection is tiny and a bit boring. The bookshop is marvellous :)

Probably the worst museum of Finland. Despite Finnish architecture being known worldwide, the main museum dedicated to it is a joke. Full of irrelevant and boring stuff. Don't bother to go there and go for a walk in the nearby areas. Look up to admire the wonderful jugend style buildings.

The exibition is not that big, but is incredibly interesting to anyone who is keen on architecture. Gives good insight on how - and why - Finnish architecture style developed in 20th century.

Well, a small museum, 3 floors. A lot of text, it's hard for a tourist to read such amount of text. I liked archive on the 3rd floor with chronography of styles, but also too much text. A cute gift shop on the first floor with hilarious architecture stuff. So, the museum is not bad, but please, guys, more visual stuff

I enjoy the museum a lot and I believe it is a great point to start exploring Finnish architecture. For tourists - if you don't have a museum card, visiting the Architecture and Design museum with the special combo ticket will save you some money. For researchers and architecture aficionados - take time to get to know the library. Books about architecture are expensive, but if you reside in Finland you can borrow them for free from the vast collection of the museum.
