First of all, the food was excellent. My risotto dish might be too rich and creamy for me, but still decent. The waitress was also friendly and pleasant. So why did I give it such a low rating? The way they offered drinks made it sound like it was on the house as they didn’t direct us to the drink menu or informing us about the price. This all happened before we could even look at the menu. And, they did it again at the end of the meal. We only found out how much extra we were charged for the drinks when we received the receipt. On top of that, they even charged tap water, which was not a big deal, but very unexpected for someone who has been living in Finland for half a decade, been to many restaurants, from casual to fine-dining, and never got charged for tap water. It could have been a better experience for me, if only they had been more transparent about all these “hidden bills”! Be careful when visiting!

Good place to eat. Everything tasted so good. Food is very Finnish so if you are here visiting and want to taste good Finnish food highly recommend.
Loved my experience! Best meal I've had in my lifetime. I had the surprise chef special and it sure was special. The waitress was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. And the decor was cozy and warm with dimmed lights to not blind but not so much as to struggle seeing. I definitely recommend everyone trying it.
Everything was great, one of places where you can taste the bear, or a groose. Whitch in my opinion is not as good as beef or pork, but it was interesting expirience. Atmosphere and furniture is also good and comfortable. Check prices before visit, it is quite expensive.

I can’t say enough about Nili! The dishes are prepared so well I almost felt naughty. I am sure a small tear ran down my cheek with the first bite of my salmon. Dinner was enjoyed by all and is such a special memory that we talk about often.
Very nice place, but very expenssive. Small beer 9-10 e. Try bear there . Portion is small, expenssive but very tasty.
Delicious food inspired by Lapland in an authentic styled placed. The service is very friendly as well. It's good to reserve a table in advance, especially during winter tourist season, when it's almost every evening full. Surely one of the best places to eat and experience local gastronomy at its finest.
