Korean/fusion Asian restaurant. The owner/chef has actually lived in Korea and takes liberty to combine the Korean dishes and tastes with other Asian dishes (like Japanese). She also uses different kind of meats (of better quality) that what would be used in Korea and may be preparing dishes in a non-traditional way. This is not a bad thing at all, but if you are seeking traditional Korean BBQ, this is not it. When we visited, a dish or two were served even if they were not what they were supposed to be. When we complained the chef herself came to talk with us and we ended up having a great discussion on Korean cuisine. We appreciated very much the restaurant's taking the situation seriously and acting responsibly. Mistakes happen to everyone, but real professionals own their stuff and correct it. We felt that the owner and the personnel are putting their heart into their work and we wish all the best. Will visit again.

Really nice atmosphere and tasty food. The desert was not my favorite (Pear sherbet with biscuit) but we had a good time and we'll probably come back.
The restaurant is nicely decorated. Food looks good but doesn't taste as good as it looks. The fish cakes were so salty. Kimchi was salty, too. The portion was quite small, so you'll need to have some snacks to fill you up. I rated 3 stars because of friendly staff and great decoration. Otherwise the food was not worth the price.
I'm a Korean. It's the best Korean restaurant ever I've tasted abroad in my life. Significantly, the kimchi was terrific; it''s absolutely second to none, even compared to other restaurants in Korea. GREAT!!!
One of the nicest Korean restaurants open on Sunday evenings in Helsinki. I had asked for a quiet corner seat and they obliged ! We ordered the mushroom for main course and the vegetarian option for starters. Both were very good, specially the mushroom remained crispy even after like 15mins !! (How do they do it )
We really enjoyed our dinner in here with a bunch of friends. Food was supertasty and the service was great - it seems that the personnel really enjoys working in here! Cozy atmosphere and fun book of drinking games worth trying!
Awesome lunch! Great quality for price! Restaurant atmosphere is also nice and peaceful. Totally recommend trying Old Boy!
