Very luxury villa with lots to do (pool table, playstations, poker table, pinball, jacuzzi etc. etc.). It was big enough for 20 people but I think if the group is bigger you are going to have problems. Only minus was that the sauna was really small (only 3, max 4 persons at the same time). During the summer time there is also some outdoor activities available so it might be nicer then.
