Reserved me a game and stayed open 10 minutes later so I could pick it up after my delayed train. Very friendly, 10/10 service.
I went to trade in a game. Swiftly the overly friendly shopkeeper Niko was able to recommens and elaborate on a wide array of games to choose from. Had fun chats about many games with him and I didn't feel pressured at all even though I took my time to consider the options thoroughfully. Was very pleased by the level of customer service and the fluidity of the visit. Will deffo visit Pelimies again.

This is an awesome game store. Huge selection of retro games and modern games. The retro selection is amazing some real gems here. Lovely and friendly staff too
They have very good feedback coustomers if have any questions plus i liked there wasn't any problem with in English talking
