The van was in horrible condition: rusty, side door lock broken so couldn't use it, windshield broken, alarm for too much wear in breaks on, fabric totally worn out and pieces missing from driver's seat, floor in the back all wet from melted snow, you name it. I guess you get what you pay for. Not paying anything to this company ever again.

Terrible customer service! Be careful with this company, they can charge you with fine up to 105 euros, even if you are late 3 minutes and if you call them to inform about it, they usually answer very slow, you have to call them many many times until they will answer. When finally they answer after many long calls, they can say to you that they are sorry and if you will not bring the car until the time you rent it, becouse in case that they can not offer you an extra hour, then they can fine you with 90 euros as a fine, plus another 15 euros for the starting hour. And other very important thing is SAFETY, i understand that is cheap company, but listen you can not drive in streets with those kinds of cars, they are totally broken, the glass, the doors, inside the car, the board of the car showing signs of engines technical problems...I dont really understand how all this broken cars pass the yearly vehicle inspection and they are aloud to be on the rouds, kind of weird for Finland, because in this country they are always very strict and very safe, wich personally this is one of the reason i really like Finland. I recommend to everybody to pay little bit more and go rent from other company, much honest and fair, with who can have a normal conversation, good cutomer service and rule number one SAFENESS for your self and for other pedestrians on the road! Take care!
Terrible and rude customer service! They charged me 30 even it returned fully tanked.
I do not recommed althought it seems cheap to rent it, but it is not as you will receive envoice for nothing 50 euros. I had used it twice never use it again.
clumsy worker .... no good communication ... cheap ... but inform them.if you are gonna be even 1 min late... fine is too big ...
The vans are horrible but you get what you pay for
Great service, great price! Yeah, the vans may not be the cream of the crop, but with such a low price, I personally don't even expect them to be. They get the job done and thats good enough for me!
First of all half of the van was broken, had no back mirror, couldn't lock the van. While filling the gas the key almost gut stuck in the fuel tank lock and while returning the van tried to manually lock the van using the key because the office was closed and had to drop the keys to the mail box and the key got stuck. Got shouted at for trying to lock the van and told me that I should have called before. Isn't it a common sense to lock the van after and if the remote key doesn't work then with the keys? I suggest pay a bit more and rent a better van.
