Horrible service from PGF and no communication whatsoever!!! My car broke down when I was on holiday in Rovaniemi. It turned out to be a fuel return line problem. I took it to PGF and they took weeks to repair it, while I had to constantly chace them for updates, they always seemed too busy to send any messages or email back. I ended up paying 625 for the repair total. I booked car train from Rovaniemi to Tampere. I went to collect the car and as I was sorting the bill, they left the car running for 40 mins(blasting the heaters and it was - 15C outside), so I thought the car was repaired. Well, it was quite the surprise when the car didn't start next morning in Tampere. I had to push it off the car train and toll it to another garage, to end up scraping it, because I paid a lot of money and the repair clearly wasn't done right. Disgraceful company!!! Avoid at all costs!

Fix wasnt done properly - had to scrap my car I had an awful experience with PGF. My car experienced fuel problems and couldnt start, PGF decided to change the fuel return line assembly, which cost 650 all in all. When we arrived to pick the car up, they left the car running for over 40 minutes. Turns out they hadn't fixed the true issue, and the car failed to start once we had taken it back to tampere via the car train. After spending over 1000 on the whole incident, we had no choice but to completely scrap the car Took over a month to sort the car out, poor communication throughout.
Good and fast service. People very helpful.
They saved my ass when my beloved Audi A6 broke down during my long way down from Nordkapp. I owe these guys a a lot. They are definitely the right people for the job.
