A new restaurant located inside the Kasarmikatu 21 office complex. Very affordable restaurant which serves a refined daily buffet lunch. The food is amazing not forgetting the bread they serve. Pihla restaurants are found in several other locations in Helsinki. It is just amazing. I surely will visit this establishment more often!
