I have been to this hospital couple of times and got good experience. Specialist doctors and other staffs are also friendly and helpful. Lab services and other services are also quite fast. Its little expensive like other private hospitals, but facilities and the services are well organized and pretty faster than other hospitals. I got disappointed that there was no Gastroenterology doctors available but except that I was satisfied from Pohjola Sairaala. I had done my MRI also.
Pure excellence. Both technically, aesthetically and in any aspect I can think of this hospital / general practioning clinic seems to hit the top notch mark in my range. I had my older (3 yo) son have a routine done here. From first arrival to departure half a day later, things went smoothly. The place is super modern, has 2 magnetic imaging devices in the same building, cafeteria, plenty of space and clean facilities like toilets. Communication and advice is friendly and prompt. Options are clearly communicated to inpatients. Instant parking place availability might prove to be something to consider. They have approximately around a dozen or so parking lots here. But I assume the intake of patients is not anything comparable to a general hospital, so the parking places might well suffice.
My whole experience at this fantastic hospital from start to finish was better than excellent. The Hospital facilities are very new and extremely comfortable. They have 2 mri machines based in ground floor department which is very thoughtfully placed close to the surgery area. The surgeon who performed my consultations and then the procedure to repair my knee , was extremely professional , friendly and very re-assuring that the procedure was the best course of action. And of course all of the staff and nurses were all really helpful and friendly and all spoke great English when my finnish skills weren't quite up to scratch! :D The level of customer service and professionalism at this facility is excellent . Ajan sai nopeasti, niin lääkärille, kuvaukseen kuin operaatioonkin. Kaikki henkilökunnasta ystävällisiä ja osaavia. Pohjolan vakuutuksen kanssa maksuasiat hoidettiin sairaalan suunnalta ja itselle tuli laskuna omavastuu, helppoa.
Pelkkää positiivista sanottavaa. Ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista henkilökuntaa. Hoitopolku toimii hienosti. Kuvien ottoa ei jääty arpomaan vaan magneettiin pääsi heti seuraavalla viikolla (varmasti aiemminkin jos omaan kalenteriin olisi sopinut). Olen käynyt useasti, koska hoito jatkunut fysioterapeutin kanssa. Tänne on aina ilo tulla asiakkaaksi. Kiitos koko porukalle.
Vakuutusrahat kyllä kelpaa mutta hoitoon ohjataan HUS sairaalan päivystykseen, koska Pohjola sairaalassa ei osaamista kuulemma löydy. Tutkimus/kontrolli kesti HUS sairaalassa noin 1-1.5 minuuttia. Kukaan sairaalan Pohjola sairaalan lääkäreistä ei osaa tehdä sellaista perustutkimusta, jonka jokainen valmistunut peruslääkärinkin pitäisi osata tehdä HUS sairaalan henkilökunnan mukaan.
