A good Posti ruined by automation. No more staff, just a single machine. It crashed, the whole screen went white and there's no way to call customer service because you do that through the machine (!) so everyone had to leave. This is not the future. Tip: install TWO machines! \u200d️\u200d️\u200d️

Regular post office, no complaints. Usually not so busy, so the waiting times are in my experience short. Requires occasional reboot (please see the photo).
