Customer service is terrible. They have lost 4 of 10 international packages in 12 months. Apparently the parcels have arrived in Finland, moved around and then went missing. Have to guide the service desk to punch in the tracking code (you'd think they'd be able to work that simple process out), once that's done they just confirm the information that's provided on the app and stipulate to wait until notification of its arrival. Then when the notice never arrives they can't tell you what's happened to the package. Staff in the office have really poor communication skills and low interaction standards. Contacted complaints after 6 months of no package and they apologize and said they'd look into it. Then just never respond despite my attempts at contacting them regarding the issue seeking an update after 4,6, and 8 weeks. Lodged a claim to recoup money spend on their incompetence, still processing. Ombudsman not really able to help, nothing to keep this company responsible for the lackluster service it provides. No issues with competitor DHL. Posti is probably the worst postal service in the developed world. Scandinavian, North American, Australasian, and UK are all far superior to their Finnish counterparts. I would suggest Finn's just eat potatoes, don't employ them to run your postal service. Postnord should replace them.
