Truly the most soulful place in Helsinki. Small bar straight from the 70's. Music, beer and other Finnish drinks. Don't be surprised if the whole bar of people starts singing the song that comes out from jukebox.

This never fails. I haven’t visited under the new ownership but heard it’s as good as ever. I hope the original vinyls are left and the jukebox still works. Never mind the hiss and crackle, the bass is still there. I miss my old local pub, can you tell
old style, great to visit and chatch one or two. Love that kind of place with true old time Finnish spirit.
Me and a couple of friends stumbled across this fab little bar by chance this week as we tried to escape the cold and find somewhere friendly to drink in some of the Helsinki culture. some of the community owners were there and they warmly welcomed us advising on the best beers ( very reasonably priced by Helsinki standards and with some really interesting beers), chatting about how the pub is run on values of shared ownership, telling us some of the stories and history behind the eclectic decor and being all round lovely. This is a great bar with great people working together. Highly recommended!
Small and interesting pub that has remain basically the same from the 60's. Full of old things from the past and important piece of helsinki culture. Open minded place and so small you probably end up with long discussions with someone local.
Super cozy atmosphere! The waitress suggested some beers based on our taste, and they turned out to be great. ;)
As authentic old school bar as you can get. Well, they don't serve beer warm, but otherwise it's top notch.
Bartender serves beer and other drinks, Old Lady plays tunes. Go in share a table and thoughts with a stranger - or not, all o k. This place is almost like having a time machine that throws you back to 60s.
