Valkmusa National Park is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy the beautiful Finnish nature for a short time or all day. The duckboards and pathway can feel difficult to pass for disabled people. But the unusual vegetation in the area is worth a visit. Bears, wolves and moose have also been seen in the area. So the best time to visit Valkmusa for a photographer is at night.

Short (2,2km) hiking route to a beautiful swamp. Easily accessible, good for kids.

A good place not to visit later in the day as there are a lot of mosquito's about. Great views and you have to realize it is a swamp without the mud. You walk around on wooden walk ways over the water.

Not one of the best national parks. Shoud be interesting for bird enthusiastic folks during spring and autumn.
