Nice location in Helsinki. The staff has strong product knowledge and very friendly. The products are much better than I expected to a small boutique store. So many designer brands and style to choose. English and Japanese service available at store. Definitely will come back soooooon!

Apparently the others who left negative reviews don't know what they are doing (not realizing the manufacturing details change over time or wanting a full refund after several months and having used the item). This shop is fantastic! They have a huge and every changing selection of bags and other items (scarves, shoes, etc). The pricing is more than fair (composted to fill retail for sure but also against similar stores...I've checked). Their website is also very good and kept up to date. I recently bought a Prada bag from them. It looked new, had the dust bag, all paperwork and THEY realized before I paid that it was listed for less on the website and gave me the lower rate. The only somewhat strange thing is you can't pay with Amex in the store but you can online... Overall great place to do business with and I'll be spending a lot more money there than I should on the coming months/years
Bought a Burberry string bag from Queen Station. After owning it for a while and comparing it to other similar Burberry bags I have realised that the handle, cross body strap and the drawstring is not original Burberry. It’s been replaced with cheap, stiff leather. And also parts of the buckle of the long strap is missing. I’m not very happy with my buy at Queen Station.
