Love the selection, but there are multiple flaws with this establishment. There are maybe two people who speak English, which I totally get, because well.. this is Raahe, not Oulu or Helsinki. But these English proficient staff also happen to be stock people. Why are there no customer service associates who speak English? Not even the S-pankki has associates who are proficient in English. Other than that, I have had an associate ask me to write my name on a receipt AFTER I had signed it. She wouldn’t try to explain why she wanted me to write my full name either...On an 18 transaction I paid via inserting my card.
