Horrible place and service, I was sold an item without the sales person checking if they had it in storage first. And I had to wait 45 minutes just to find out that the item was never actually in the storage after having paid a large amount for it. All of this which could have been avoided if the sales person would have checked the storage. The money was not instantly refunded either. I do not recommend purchasing from this place. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

No customer service. Almost completely empty store with sales people sitting on chairs talking to eachother. Looked at sonos speakers alone for 10min and sales people walked by. Not one stopped to ask if I wanted to buy. Walked away and buying online.

The return policy of Gigantti for some products is unclear and missleading. When you enter the shop there is no indication where to return the items: first I waited at the cashier with 3 other people, because there was no one working at the cashier, then once I waited in the line to the cashier person told me to go to other place, that required going outside the shop to the other entrance. There was nobody at the return desk, so I waited again... Every time buying something in Gigantti you will be asked about your phone number and home address; when I asked why they need my home address the sales person did not know. The sales persons have limited knowledge about their products. I prefer much more the customer service in Verkkokauppa.
