The Ranua zoo operated Glads Igloo was recently commissioned for service early December 2018. I was lucky to be the second batch of guests staying here. It's a luxurious accomodation by the lake and offers a great opportunity for Aurora sighting from the comfort of your sheets. Rooms are equipped with Aurora alarms and more importantly a personal sauna that works like a charm! Room rates per night can go up to EUR500 during peak but worth the experience if you come from.far and has never experienced a luxurious glass igloo.
