Persilja ravintola is in my opinion one of the best restaurants you van find in Lauttasaari, basically if not hungry for traditional finnish food. They've got new chef which has improved the quality of the food. I recommend Persilja

Basic restaurant with bright, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. A good place for lunch.
Tasty food, big salad table. Option for lunch buffet or menu. Food has oriental roots, slightly domesticated to the Finnish market, but still tasty :). Dessert and coffee included. Parking might be an issue.
I live upstairs of the restaurant. On a Saturday night, loud music was kept played when small children were sleeping. I repeatedly asked the restaurant to stop or turn down the music. But they didn't. Furthermore, I got injured with some bloodshed by assault when I made a complaint. There is no apologize from the restaurant. I don't know how food tastes here or how its hospitality is. However, that was what actually happened, and people should know this before rating.
the most delicious moussaka, there is a buffet inside. Good service, friendly staff.
