Absolutely delicious. Unpretentious and excellent food and service. Enormous portion size and local products. The Lapland menu is a must. This gem is more than worth the price.

Overall experience was good. Starter salad was well seasoned and tasteful, accompanied by an organic Spanish wine. Ordered the season special Salmon Pasta. Gave it only 4 stars because the pasta was very salty, shared my thoughts with the waiter at the end of dinner and was answered '"thats the way it is". Atmosphere was lovely but very noisy dish handling in the background.

One of the best Restaurant in Rovaniemi! Very nice and cozy, smells like home we went there two times and we have tasted different courses.. we suggest the Skagen (tasty and very good), the reindeer fillet (accompanied by fig jam and bread, tender and delicious) the reindeer cooked two ways and the ravioli! once you have also to try the traditional lappish dish with reindeer, mashed potatoes and lingonberry. The Restaurant is located in the pedestrian area, in the centre so it is easily reachable by foot. The prices are not so cheap however they are in compliance with the average price in town. The quality of food is very good, the athmosphere is romantic, the location is comfortable and typical, the service was careful (but most with local people) and time spent here is worth!
Brilliant fine Lappish dining experience. Had the two ways cooked reindeer steak with salmon soup, loved each and every bit of it. Highly recommend this for an upscale delicious dinner.

Nice food and friendly staff
This was one of the two places we ate at in rovaniemi town centre. we found that compared to other restaurants the prices were quite reasonable for what you received. We each had different reindeer dishes and a beef steak dish and they were all fantastic! Absolutely delicious with fantastic presentation. Highly recommend.
