Extremely unhelpful and really unfriendly service! I strongly advice to find a different bike store! DO NOT GO HERE!

When I first visited the shop, the shop keeper told me to come again next week since it was getting dark. Although it was not that dark,I thought that was kind of reasonable. I came by the shop again and the shop keeper was not too friendly. I asked for his opinion and he did not tell me much about the bikes. I guess he even lie to me about one of his bikes condition. He said the bike was broken but the only problem I found was flat tires. Anyway, he was friendly after I paid 130 eur for a full size bike with front fork. I do not recommend this shop if you just want to get a bike for traveling to school or the supermarket. If you want to get a full size bike with good gears, I think this is the only shop available. Maybe I am an Asian, so that’s why he was not so friendly to me. Hope this can help.
Awesome customer service. Great refurbished bikes sold, owner checks the bike before leaving the store and helps out everytime you have questions or need help. Moderate prices but the stuff he sells is awesome!
I do not recommend this Bike Centre to anyone. The guy running the place is very rude to customers and has zero respect for others. I experienced this from the first time I visited to fix my bike but I thought maybe the man had a bad day so it's fine. But no, the guy apparently has serious issues. Avoid at all costs! There's a much better place for bike maintenance in Rovaniemi with more experience and better customer service but he is very busy! it's Pyörähuolto A. Ekdahl, at Rovakatu 12.
Very friendly guy even he had lot of work on Saturday before closing. He even gave me his tools so I could change my broken pedal. There's a huge selection of TREK bicycles. There you can also let repair or service your bike. I'll come back for sure.
He just does not rent bikes. For the rest I don't know.
