Cozy place in the heart of Salo. Fresh, delicious pastry, good coffee, friendly service

What an endearing cafe it was! I presume that we were served by the owners. They were delightfully friendly and served us well. We got coffee and sandwiches. Both were old school -ish other with fried egg and bacon and another with cheese and veggies. However they were tasty and not that expensive. To finish we got some raspberry-licourice cake that was unfortunately not to my liking. There were several sweet gluten-free options as well. We were passing by the city (Salo is in btw Turku and Helsinki) and I'm happy that we didn't stop to the closest gas station but made some effort to find a nice place. Got the car quite close to the cafe, which was a nice plus. #gluten-free

Mukava kahvila aivan kaupungin ytimessä. Paikassa on jollain tavalla sellaista 70-80 -luvun baarin tuntua. Hyvät leivonnaiset, hyvää kahvia. Ikkunoista näkyy kadulle yllättävänkin hyvin. Vilhonkadun puolella on kivannäköinen terassi - olisi silti hienoa, jos sekin pätkä saataisiin kävelykaduksi sillä turhempaa paikkaa autoilulle ei ole missään.
