Coffee
The one and only train station in Salo. The wooden station building allows you to walk in and wait for the trains during the office hours (9am-6pm weekdays, 9am-3pm weekends) which is nice. There isn't any kind of staff at the station, can't buy tickets for the trains or anything. One shelf with lots of old books, which you can borrow or trade in for your own book, that's a nice idea. There's a cafe at the station building, and they have quite ok prices, some savory snacks and hot coffee (fair cups for the price!) . I recommend the cafe especially (will do a separate review for that). The station building itself has some basic heating, helps you slightly if you are there in middle of the winter. ️
