Me and my family visited this campsite among a dozen others during the 2018 Scandinavian bicycle trip. It was the best campsite in our trip, both by comfort and great value for money. And also one of the largest and most populated. The overnight stay in a tent was inexpensive, and in the mean time this campsite has great beach with tower for jumping into water, gorgeous playground, volley-ball field, free sauna and good facilities. The campsite is divided by zones, and despite its great area, the surroundings of the beach (where the tents are pitched) are totally free from cars and campers, and basically most of motor vehicles were out of our sight. The facilities and playground were at reasonable distance from us, at the tall sea bank. The scale of this campsite could be felt only by number of people on the beach, which was really great. The only downside: there is too little pitching place for tents, the campsite is actually not designed for tents, ours was the only one there.

Hyvin rauhallinen paikka, voi valita aukeamman kentän tai mäntymetsikön. Ystävällinen isäntä oli vastassa. Iltasaunat klo 16.00 - 20.00 kesäaikaan. Grillikatos ja mäntypuut. Uimaranta sopii myös lapsille. Leikkipaikka. Siistit yleiset tilat. Ajotien hiekkakuopan ohi saisi laittaa kuntoon... Matkalla Sarapistoon, Sauvossa oikein hyvä K-Kauppa.
