employees lie. we were not in the city. we urgently needed an apartment. we asked for a photo of the view from the window, but they did not send it to us, saying that everything is in order. as a result, a construction site outside the window. the keys were not given on time, because of this I had to change the time of transportation and lose money. in the apartment after the previous owners there is dirt, a bad smell in the refrigerator and the stove does not work. sato did not check it, but wrote that they checked the apartment.

I am really disappointed with the communication with the company. Before signing the contract and while signing there was instant feedback. Afterwards, they did not respond my emails and did not send simple forms they promised they would after calling them multiple times and sending multiple emails. Apparently, I am not the only person with the situation as well as same thing happend for my friend in the last two weeks.

Be aware when terminating a contract, during the last month it will be dozens of renters visiting your apartment. So you have to pay for the extra month if you want to avoid it.

Expensive living with not very good quality. Rent raises 6% every year (maximum you can raise in one year by law), even in new flat. Ar least it did for us. Rent was very high and even that it was new flat, materials and interior were not that good quality. Floor heating in bathroom was so expensive to use that you could only use it under level 2. Over that it made tens of euros extra to the electricity bill. Sound proofing was super bad. You could here all the steps from upper floor and party sounds even from other side/parts of building.
