The place was good. Good, professional service, delicious food and interesting flavor combinations. Atmosphere ok, but music selection killed it for a bit. For sure there should be some more kinda calm background music, especially in the evenings. Hope you’ll consider this note. Your place would give a more solid positive impression! :) Thanks for the evening, tasty dishes and great service!
One of my favorite places in Helsinki. Food is really good and staff is super nice and professional. We had dinner once and brunch another time, both highly recommended.

Great location, nice staff, good menu - there is really nothing bad to say about the restaurant. Shelter stands out well, in its competitive neighbourhood, with its small but well made menu. Atmosphere is surprisingly elegant mix of high class and casual, both styles coexist here. Courses were fantastic from starter to desert, in fact both of those were great, while I might have missed for more punchiness/spice in the main course - but that said, it was still a strong 4 course. In total it's a 4.5 experience, so using the Google logic with full stars it rounds up to a 5... :-)
We had our Christmas dinner here & we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, but somehow my wife and I got some heartburn later on.
Service was great but a bit too slow. Menu was very nice - reasonable price. Location is a bit off from the center.
Place is very nice but a bit noisy. Luckily we arrived quite late so it got soon quieter. The food was really great. Full of flavour. Perfect! Very friendly service.
