We booked a package holiday with another company, part of the package was we were rented thermal suits through this company. They guessed our sizes perfect, suits were clean and everyone was friendly but they went above and beyond for us when we left our go-pro camera in a pocket when handing them back in on christmas day, we didnt realise until late that night when the suits had been collected from our hotel. We had to go to the airport early in the morning, when the safari opened we called to see if they had seen it, fully expecting to never see our camera again, but they called another office to find it and within 15 minutes of the phone call there was a man giving us our camera in the airport. We were speechless and so grateful! Thank you so much for your kindness!
Booked two of the three experiences with LS. (Snowmobiling by night and husky safari) Very organised with additional clothing supplied. Staff at shop and club were really friendly and overly helpful. Clara was our guide on both, what a delight she is. She took extra time to care for my daughter. Both experiences were brilliant! Highly recommended (from Australia)
This is the fifth time we have booked a day with Lapland Safari, and like always it lived up to the expectation, having booked our experience before leaving the UK, we were looked after from start to finish, everything was perfect, even the temperature that was -26 degrees, the snow mobile experience is fantastic, our thanks go out to the staff at Lapland Safari Levi, and a very special thanks must go to our guide Risto N, a brilliant guy and a superb guide, thank you Risto.
