The company is desperately hiring non stop because THE CLEANERS QUIT ALL THE TIME BY POOR TREATMENT. Monika and her constructor worker husband Veikko really do not know how to lead the company in the Finnish market. They have BAD CLEANING DETERGENTS AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. I strongly would not recommend them.

Really poor job. They do not have proper detergents and tools for cleaning. I strongly would not recommend them especially for move out or move in cleaning. I do think that they do not have proper knowledge of the Finnish cleaning field as an Estonian company.
Unfortunately, this cleaning company cannot be trusted if your goal is to get your security deposit back from the leasing company. When our former leasing company checked the apartment, several cleaning deficiencies were founds after we hired Sivex Oy. Those deficiencies included: a dirty oven, dirty toilet, and dirty walls. When we contacted Sivex Oy to complain about the unsatisfactory level of cleanliness, they simply informed us that these services were not included with our cleaning package and would not reimburse us for the charges against our security deposit. It is important to notice that the specifics of our \moving cleaning services\ were never communicated to us. However, one might assume that ovens and toilets especially would be included in such a service. In conclusion, if you are seeking a moving cleaning package, choose a different company with a better guarantee of quality and in particular, better customer service.

Sain yhdellä puhelin soitolla ja tiukalla aikataululla erittäin hyvää ja nopeaa palvelua ja kaiken lisäksi työnjälki oli erinomaista.
Muuttosiivous luokatonta, jouduin itse pesemään keittiön ja kylpyhuoneen sekä koko asunnon lattiat tämän ”siivouksen” jälkeen. En suosittele kenellekään. Tarjoutuvat tulemaan uudelleen siivoamaan muuton jälkeen, mutta kukapa haluaisi tuoda tavaransa likaiseen kotiin. Ei edes pahoitteluja huonosti tehdystä työstä.
