Very nice place for a short holiday. Good services, evening entertainment at weekends, plentiful and tasty breakfast and buffet. Spa and pools area works for families.

It is a nice hotel. Thebl food (breakfast and buffet) were very good. Rooms were big and luxurious enough for the price. It is nice that there is a fast food place inside the hotel although the location is a bit weird. The swimming pool could use an update.

Great place to have a family get away with something for everyone. Minigolf, billiard and bowling is just a minute away. Pools for all ages and even a warm and cold pool for winter. Also a great venue for business meetings and educational events. Only negative I'd have to say is that the decor is a little old fashioned

Very nice Spa Hotel. Staff all excellent. Meals very good. Stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed the World's largest Smoke sauna and swim in the lake ,so refreshing. Well worth it. Lumberjack was giving a really good display next to sauna too . Would love to go back. Really nice pools indoor and outdoor. Plus sauna and steam . ( Steam mixed )

We had bad luck when we visited this spa hotel. Because we both had health issues during the visit, we could not visit the spa part of this establishment. And during our stay (2 nights) after very warm spring, it was snowing almost all the time, temperature dropped below 0C and it was very windy so we did not want to wonder around and enjoy the view. Room was ok, it was big and we had big balcony. Su was complaining that it was not cleaned during our stay (maid just made the bed), there was visible spots of dirt on the floor. There was bad smell coming from the shower drain if you did not use it often. Beds were too soft for our taste. Breakfast was included, it did not cause any "mmmmm" moments. It looked nice but it did not taste good. Selection was quite small and it was the same for both mornings. Even though there is bus stop just outside the main entrance, it is nice to have your own car cause this hotel is not quite in the city center. Gym is so f'ing awfull. Small, equipment is old and it smelled of... sweat and other fluids... Restaurants and bars looked nice. We visited the bar, enjoyed of few non alcoholic drinks during karaoke night. Drinks were nice and so was the bartender.

It's OKAY overall. Studio rooms are tiny but new and clean. Breakfast is average At Best. Be there at 0800 at latest, or you have what happens to be left from others. Bring your own blanket, if you are not used to very thick blankets with plastic-like non-breathable sheets (quite common in some hotels - it gets hot at night with these). Lots of families with kids. Solid 3/5, nothing is done terribly here.

Don't know about other service, but their badminton court is not for professional playing, may be only for fun play

Nice place, very affordable including spa option. Rather old but nice and tidy. Good stop over if travelling by car for example from Helsinki area to north of Finland. Family rooms available and kids like.
