I have ordered for for almost 50 worth of products, unfortunately never received the products (the transporter GLS lost the package). The service was still great, and they offered to refund me. I will order again on the site, I will change transporter though ..
Good variety of products but over charged.At least 30%(sometimes 50%) more expensive than in local supermarkets.Therefore I can consider it as a huge steal.Furthermore the shipping charges are way bigger than the official cost every courrier service indicates on its site.So double profit from prod7cts and shipment.Scammers
Kysymyksiin vastaaminen voisi olla ripeämpää! Tilauksen seuranta ja kommunikointi kehnohkoa. Mutta jos nyt saidi vaan tilauksen toimitettua ..
Osa tuotteista oli vanhentuneita yli kuukaudella. Yksi tuote oli loppuunmyyty, mutta siitä ei kerrottu vaan lähetettiin ”korvaava” tuote tilalle kysymättä käykö se. En olisi itse valinnut sitä.. korvaavan tuotteen paino oli yli puoli kiloa, en halua edes ajatella kuinka paljon ekstraa toimituskuluissa maksoinkaan tuotteesta jota en halunnut. Minulle tarjottiin rahallinen hyvitys tuotteista, mutta eipä vielä ole näkynyt.. Ei tarvitse miettiä, tilaanko uudelleen täältä; en!!
Olen käyttänyt tätä yritystä säännöllisesti muutaman vuoden ajan, eikä minulla ole koskaan ollut ongelmia. Hyvin luotettava. Siksi tulen takaisin.
